SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
CHUTZ, operated by Omni Social Media LLC, offers optional SMS communications to customers and participants who explicitly opt in through our website at https://joinchutz.com, registration forms, or checkout forms.
Our SMS program supports our accountability challenges, known as CHUTZ Bets, and may include:
- Bet registration and purchase confirmations.
- Kickoff messages and program instructions.
- Daily accountability reminders and encouragement.
- Check-in reminders and participation updates.
- Final-day completion reminders.
- Refund claim deadlines and rollover information.
- Customer support and service-related updates.
Participants may separately opt in to receive promotional communications, including announcements about new Bets, special offers, events, and community opportunities.

2. Cancellation Instructions

After submitting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe request. You will no longer receive messages from the affected SMS program unless you opt in again.

7. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS program and purchase CHUTZ accountability Bets.

CHUTZ Bets, Participation & Refundable Deposits
1. Accountability Programs
CHUTZ offers short-term accountability experiences, including five-day Bets, designed to encourage participants to make and fulfill personal commitments.
Available Bets may include journaling, stretching, intentional spending habits, reduced screen time, personal growth activities, and other specified challenges.
Each Bet includes its own instructions, participation period, and completion requirements.
2. Deposits and Payments
Certain CHUTZ Bets require an upfront refundable deposit.
Our standard five-day Bets currently require a $10 deposit, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
The deposit establishes a personal commitment and may be eligible for refund or rollover when the participant satisfies the applicable completion and claim requirements.
Prices, promotional offers, and program terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.
3. Completion and Accountability
Participants agree to make a good-faith effort to complete their selected Bet according to its stated requirements.
CHUTZ operates primarily on a self-reported accountability model. Participants are responsible for accurately reporting their own progress and completion.
Daily check-ins may be offered as an encouragement tool. Unless otherwise specified for a particular Bet, these optional daily check-ins do not replace the required final completion form.
4. Refund Claims and Deadlines
For standard five-day Bets, participants seeking to reclaim their eligible deposit must complete their Bet and submit the required final completion form within 24 hours after the Bet ends.
Refund or rollover eligibility depends on meeting the applicable participation, completion, and claim requirements.
Failure to complete the requirements or submit the final claim within the designated window may result in forfeiture of the refundable deposit, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at checkout.

5. No Guaranteed Results
CHUTZ provides tools, structure, encouragement, and accountability. We do not guarantee particular personal, financial, physical, spiritual, or professional outcomes.
Participants remain responsible for their individual choices, actions, and progress.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Limited License to You
The CHUTZ website and all related materials, including logos, brand elements, written content, Bet materials, trackers, worksheets, videos, and digital resources, are owned by or licensed to Omni Social Media LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These materials are made available for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, republish, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.
You may download or print resources provided for your personal participation in CHUTZ programs.
Your License to Us
