Refund Policy

Certain CHUTZ promises include the opportunity to receive your original stake or deposit back after successful completion.

To qualify for a refund, you must:

• Complete the requirements of your CHUTZ promise
• Submit all required check-ins or proof
• Claim your refund within 24 hours after your promise closes

If you do not complete the required action, submit the required proof, or claim your refund within the 24-hour window, your refund may be forfeited.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method or may be rolled into another CHUTZ promise when that option is offered.

Payment processor timing may affect when refunded funds appear in your account.

Where disclosed before purchase, payment-processing or refund-processing costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
